This role is reserved for the specialized group of Class A/Transport drivers whose responsibilities require a higher degree of physical activities and customer service focus.  Any job openings are made available to internal candidates only.  If an opening cannot be filled internally, the role would be opened up to external candidates.   

Performs any combination of receiving, storing, and distributing tasks to assist in the manufacture and/or distribution of product. This position requires heavy lifting.

The Route Delivery Driver Lead functions as the leader for the Route Sales Drivers within its district. The Route Delivery Driver Lead supervises the daily activities of delivery drivers, ensures DOT compliance and the efficiency of the department by actively engaging in the routing, standardization, and training of the drivers to aid in the distribution of all company products in a safe manner.
